USPS Returned Package Scam
The Smashing Scam tries to get you to give ID Theft data on yourself.
The newest appears to be the USPS Returned Package Scam. I Received the above today.
The tip off is why do the need some of the info they requested to correct my address, why do they need the phone number they just texted to, why is the link shop.com instead of usps.gov immediately have my spidy senses tingling. Don’t click the link, click the SMS option that reports to your carrier as spam – so they can block the text, add number the text came from to your blocked list, delete the text.
This is sharable if you wish to warn your move naive family and friends.
